Chengdu AI EMPIRE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, is registered in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, with its manufacturing base located in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, and an R&D center in Singapore. The company is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of specialty valves and intelligent flow control equipment for the traditional oil & gas and new energy industries, and the main products include pneumatic emergency shut-off valves, ball valves, control valves, multi-way valves, cryogenic valves, and skid-mounted systems, delivering AI EMPIRE solutions for refining, natural gas, petroleum, pipeline transportation, and other sectors.

Guided by the cultural ethos of “righteousness before profit,” AI EMPIRE has successively completed quality system certifications and obtained a series of certificates, including DNV ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QHSAS 45001, API Q1, and PED/CE certifications. The company also holds major product certificates such as AP 6D, API 607, 15848, SIL2, and SIL3, as well as A1 and A2 manufacturing licenses for special equipment valves, special equipment type test certificates, and the National High-Tech Enterprise Certificate. In addition, AI EMPIRE has been granted 4 invention patents and 12 utility model patents.

Successful testing of wellhead high-low pressure shutoff valves and intelligent remote well switching. Successful testing of intelligent remote well switch system at Sulige South Operating Division of Changqing Gas Field. Successful integrated testing of wellhead shutoff systems and remote well switch at Shenmu block of Changqing Gas Field.

2016 market expansion

The intelligent remote well switching system of the Sulige South Operation Branch of the Changqing Gas Field has successfully completed its trial. Successful trial of the wellhead shut-off system and remote well switching interlock in the Shennmu Gas Field of the Changqing Gas Field.

2017 Headquarters relocation

The company headquarters has relocated from Zigong to Tianfu New Area, Chengdu

2018 Import Substitution with Domestic Solutions

Automated venting system retrofit for unmanned gas gathering stations. Total cooperation block leadership inspected Chengdu AI EMPIRE products.

2019 Continuous Innovation

Successful development of multi-way valves,supporting the smart transformation of Changqing Gas Field.

2021 Continuous Innovation

Developed a new-type jet pigging device, serving Changqing Oilfield, and participated in the International Oil & Petrochemical Equipment Exhibition.

2022 Continuous Innovation

Successful application of auxiliary skid-mounted equipment for low-pressure dehydration skid retrofit.

2023 Continuous Innovation

A new type of jet pigging tool was successfully developed, with notable achievements including its application in the Beibei Mainline (∅610) of Changqing Oilfield's Changbei Branch, the Nanshan Mainline (∅457) of Changqing Oilfield's Changbei Branch, the Dong Mainline (∅273) of the First Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, the Shenmu Bei Mainline (∅508) of the Second Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, and the Su6-2 Mainline (∅508) of the Third Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield.

2024 Future Roadmap

Intelligent multi-way valves support CNOOC’s “Offshore Daqing” – the construction of unmanned oil platforms in the Bohai Sea, marking a new milestone for AI EMPIRE in technological capability and market competitiveness in the high-end valve sector. Successful low-pressure operation retrofit of Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration Skid, widely adopted by CNPC.
