Chengdu Empire New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2001, is a National High-Tech Enterprise headquartered in the Tianfu New Area of Chengdu, with a state-recognized manufacturing base in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, and an overseas R&D center in Singapore. The company focuses on the research, development, and industrial-scale manufacturing of specialized fluid control solutions—including multiport selector valves, cryogenic control valves rated for liquid helium temperature environments (−269 °C), and skid-mounted integrated systems—serving both conventional oil and gas infrastructure and emerging new energy sectors such as hydrogen, geothermal, and carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS).

Guided by the cultural ethos of "righteousness before profit," EMPIRE has successively obtained quality system certifications, including DNV ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QHSAS 45001, API Q1, and PED/CE certifications. Successful testing of intelligent remote well switch system at Sulige South Operating Division of Changqing Gas Field. Successful integrated testing of wellhead shutoff systems and remote well switch at Shenmu block of Changqing Gas Field.

2016 Market Expansion

The intelligent remote well switching system of the Sulige South Operation Branch of the Changqing Gas Field has successfully completed its trial. Successful trial of the wellhead shut-off system and remote well switching interlock in the Shennmu Gas Field of the Changqing Gas Field.

Developed a new-type jet pigging device, serving Changqing Oilfield, and participated in the International Oil & Petrochemical Equipment Exhibition.

Successful application of auxiliary skid-mounted equipment for low-pressure dehydration skid retrofit.

2023 Continuous Innovation

A new type of jet pigging tool was successfully developed, with notable achievements including its application in the Beibei Mainline (∅610) of Changqing Oilfield's Changbei Branch, the Nanshan Mainline (∅457) of Changqing Oilfield's Changbei Branch, the Dong Mainline (∅273) of the First Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, the Shenmu Bei Mainline (∅508) of the Second Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, and the Su6-2 Mainline (∅508) of the Third Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield.

2024 Future Roadmap

Intelligent multiport selector valves support CNOOC’s “Offshore Daqing” – the construction of unmanned oil platforms in the Bohai Sea, marking a new milestone for EMPIRE in technological capability and market competitiveness in the high-end valve sector. Successful low-pressure operation retrofit of Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration Skid, widely adopted by CNPC.

2025 Strategic Upgrade

Successful testing of 4 K ultra-low temperature control valves.
