The company has built an experienced professional team for oil & gas transmission and distribution. Our core team comprises more than ten senior engineers, including experts with authoritative physical & chemical testing certifications, as well as certified pressure pipeline welders. Team Research and Development
EMPIRE has established a top interdisciplinary R&D team, successfully overcoming core technical challenges in multiport selector valves through advanced R&D processes, systems, and a fully digital development platform. Our multiport fluid selection control valve uses an internal plug in the valve body to accurately select a single pipeline to feed into the metering system for testing, while fluid from other pipelines flows into the gathering pipeline through the valve body gathering manifold. This valve eliminates the need for repeatedly switching multiple valve groups to achieve wellhead sequential metering during oil & gas extraction. It is easy to operate, compact in structure, space-saving, and delivers significant cost-effectiveness advantages. The EMPIRE multiport selector valve plug features a radial sealing structure with a compact, sleek design. We offer both metal-to-metal Grade V sealing plugs and metal-non-metal Grade VI sealing plugs.
Technical Testing
Our equipment undergoes rigorous extreme-condition testing. After years of technical R&D, the EMPIRE team has achieved a milestone breakthrough in ultra-low temperature technology, successfully developing pneumatic and electric bellows regulating valves. This series of high-performance control valves is engineered for cryogenic environments, delivering stable operation at extreme temperatures ranging from -50 °C to -269 °C. The valves integrate advanced pneumatic actuators and high-precision bellows sealing technology with a PID intelligent control system, ensuring precise regulation of fluid flow rate, pressure, and temperature under cryogenic conditions, while providing fast response and highly stable control performance. Their specially designed sealing structure maintains excellent sealing and cold resistance at ultra-low temperatures, enabling stable operation in complex operating conditions.
