Industry experts from Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd., Science and Education Committee of Chinese Petroleum Society, CNOOC Research Institute, Pump & Valve Research Laboratory of Lanzhou University of Technology, Petroleum Transportation & Storage Committee of China National Petroleum Corporation, Design Institute of CNOOC Engineering Co., Ltd., Sinomach General Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. and other institutions were invited to participate in the appraisal.
