CNOOC Kenli 10-2 Offshore Oilfield in the Bohai Sea is Equipped With Our 12-Inlet, Class 900LB Electro-Hydraulic Actuated Multiport Selector Valves, Delivering Reliable Fluid Control Solutions for the Wellhead Manifold Systems of the Oilfield.
The Kenli 10-2 Oilfield in the Bohai Sea is a large-scale lithologic heavy oil reservoir developed by CNOOC in the southern Bohai Sea. The project integrates injection, production, testing and gathering & transportation, making it one of the most complex production platforms in the Bohai Sea in terms of process flow. Featuring a large number of wellheads, scattered well locations, high sand content in the medium, and severe high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions, the oilfield imposes extremely high requirements on centralized fluid control, accurate single-well switching, and safe & stable operation.
Our company has provided customized 12-inlet, Class 900LB Electro-Hydraulic Actuated Multiport Selector Valves (MSV) for the project, which have been successfully applied in the wellhead manifolds and testing systems to ensure efficient, safe and intelligent production of the oilfield.
The successful application of Multiport Selector Valves in CNOOC’s Kenli 10-2 Oilfield represents an important milestone in the localization of high-end offshore engineering valves, and effectively solves the challenge of centralized control for multiple wells in offshore heavy oil thermal recovery projects.
